I had a positive experience with Loan Depot. The loan officers were competant, polite, and profesional. The loan costs were significantly lower than another company I considered. I have no regrets for refinancing with Loan Depot.

Happy customer

Overall I was very pleased with how quickly the process was when dealing with loan depot. The lending representative stayed with me every step of the way and informed me when there were changes or anything needed from me in order to make my process easy and timely.
