I refinance my home mortgage thru loanDepot. I was skeptical at first as I had never heard of loanDepot but Samantha and Marria were great. They were patient as I had many questions. Other lenders could not match the rate I received from loanDepot. The whole process went smoothly and took about one month. I would recommend loanDepot to anyone looking to refinance their loan.

Satisfied and Happy Customer

I was somewhat afraid of using an online company for such an important transaction. I've always sat face-to-face with previous lenders. However, the lower interest rates appealed to me, so I jumped right in and inquired. I found the loan advisor to be very knowledgeable about my state and local area. He was open to my questions never hesitating to answer thoroughly and often got back to me with additional answers or options. The process was explained to me and each step in the process thoroughly explored with choices for me to make on the terms and rates. Other financial advise was offered so that I could make the best decisions for me. I'm very satisfied with the individuals I met through email and phone conversations and would use this company again.

Wonderful experience

Positively a wonderful exp************.We could not of asked for better service.. John Afzal and Scott Crotty are high caliber individuals--making them top notch to work with... John and Scott very knowledgeable and never once talk in a condescending way nor was they misleading , very well versed in what they was talking about and that created the confidence that we was working with the right people.....
We was hesitant in doing a refinance just because of mundane task of the 100 and one questions exposing private information and yes all the paper work... I express that thought and John told me he would try to make it a great exp***********.WOW* WOW! and WOW is all I can say****.it was***.less then a month it was done....I had all the paper work necessary from the start.... They took it from there and done it all... We was relieved and had such peace in their abilities that we never even checked in.**.They checked in with us often to let us know it was all good... This will be our go to company for now on.**.Thanks Loan Depot for a fabulous experience....

Good Experience

I wasn't sure what to expect from them. Their loan consultant was a good. We spent alot of time talking about options and best plans. Don't get me wrong, he wanted to sell me a loan, but I felt like he wanted to sell me a loan that makes the most financial sense. Their loan for life program was attractive too. He wanted a sale and I wanted a good deal. I would absolutely recommend Loan Depot to a friend or relative.

Online is the way to go!

I put off refinancing for a little while because I didn't want to deal with all the hardcopy paperwork I anticipated from the antiquated methods of the past. loanDepot was all on line until the final paperwork signatures (and the notary public personally came to my house). Extremely easy process as long as you are comfortable with electronic communications. Also liked the fact that anyone I dealt with responded immediately or within a reasonable timeframe, and kept their promises. I have recommended loanDepot to friends!
