The entire process from start to finish, Kenny Nguyen the loan officer was there to guide us. When we had questions or concerns, Kenny was available via phone, text message, and/or email. He mads us feel valued and appreciated throughout the process. Kenny would follow up throughout the process to include the closing process and after the signing to make sure there was no linger questions or concerns. I would highly recommend any Veteran looking to Refi there VA Mortgage or looking for a Mortgage Loan to reach out to Kenny Nguyen from LoanPal. Thank you Kenny for all you do for your customers.

Got a costly solar panel loan with Loanpal

Freshly divorced, I decided to get solar panels on my home. The company I went with had loanpal handle the loan. Long story short, I got a really bad loan. It appeared to be a good interest rate but it is compounded daily. $300 per month in interest (not touching the principle after 15 months). Ouch! It must have been in the fine print. I'm refinancing my home to pay off this awful loan. There is suppose to be the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) which requires that lenders disclose loan terms to potential borrowers, including the total dollar amount of interest to be repaid over the life of the loan and whether interest accrues simply or is compounded. This was never made clear to me. Then they tried to convince me to refinance with them so I could get screwed some more. I would NOT recommend Loanpal to any of my friends. Definitely read the fine print if before signing with them.

Crooks

This company is the loan company for my Solar Panels.
The original deal was to get a government rebate on my taxes to pay so much to keep my payment what it started at. Nobody and I mean Nobody tells you this process takes 2 years.
O.K., I was fine with that. Now here we are with our taxes filed and the government is dragging their feet with this year's refund. What does Loan(crooks)pal want to do.... Jack the payment up like I haven't been sitting on the first rebate to get the second one to pay them.
I call FOUL!!!!!! This is just wrong on so many levels.
I recommend that you never take a loan with these crooks.

Recent Refi - Exceptional Team Providing a Competitive Rate and Service

My LoanPal agent, David Murow, delivered as promised. After speaking with David on December 26th, I was convince the would beat the two competing lending companies we were working with at the time. Truth in lending, David and his team of lending professional came through. The team, not only beat the two competitors, but quickly process our mortgage refi before the 60 day lock expired. Special thanks to Selma Sahmanovic who guided us every step of the way and performed the heavy lifting to get us to closing. Exceptional Service Team!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Casey Strafaci and the people he works with are all incompetent. We have been waiting 6 months for them to finalize our loan and it's been excuse after excuse- constantly needing us to resubmit the same paperwork we have submitted multiple times. They can't even handle being told they're bad at their job without the need to get someone else involved. Clearly they shouldn't be in customer service if they can't handle being told things that are true. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!
