Low**.com (and Kyle) are great at closing, but Lower's followup is ABSOLUTELY OBNOXIOUS!
Kyle (and his associates) made closing easy. Unfortunately, Low**.com's admin arm spoiled the process for us by REPEATEDLY (sending more than THIRTY) solicitations attempting to sell us something other than a loan closing! Those 30 combined voice calls/ emails/ text messages AND USPS DIRECT MAILS to my wife and I were attempting to sell us mortgage insurance. The clear implication of their messaging was that we urgently needed to respond to their harassment or dire things would happen! B U L L H O C K E Y! Finally tired of the repeated sales pitches, I answered one of their salesperson's phone calls. I asked that we be DELETED from their mortgage insurance database. I made it clear that when we received the next solicitation, I would begin revising my prior reviews of Low**.com. This repeated solicitation bombardment was not disclosed at any point during the closing process, is thoroughly obnoxious, and casts a dark pallor over the company and its employees. I can only hope that the USPS mail solicitation my wife received today is the last! Each new harassment will be treated as another abrogation of the implied agreement that mortgage origination ALONE is all for which we had contracted.
Pretty easy going like my new guy Warren he’s been amazing! Still waiting to hear about our appraisal! First time home buyer here so far so good!

It was a very good experience
The entire process was an efficient and painless experience. We were assigned a loan officer at the beginning of the process and they guided us through to completion. James and his team were awesome. They answered any questions we had, explained the pros and cons of each option and helped us land in a much better product than we had previously. The majority of the process could be completed online/digitally. I felt like their team truly appreciated our business and we're working for us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to refinance their primary or investment properties.

final result good ,
The entire process took much longer then was told up front. previously an L.O. I understood that volume was high at the time and that was not under his direct control. The Under writing stipulations were a bit over the top for someone like me with 800 plus fico scores. Never the less Nikolas came thru and in the end we are happy with the rate, and costs of this loan.
The loan was slow to get started (2-3 months), but once Jake took over the refi everything went very smoothly and I am satisfied with the results as the loan was completed within a few weeks.

Loan Officer was great, but process frustrating!
I would rate Low**.com 5 STARS if someone asked me about my loan advisor, Caleb Clay. He was accessible any day at any time. He responded to my concerns almost immediately. If he didn’t know the answer, he would find it and get back with me. He was MORE than patient and understood my anxiety of uploading personal documents to strangers and went out of his way to make me feel safe. He is WONDERFUL, but the process of getting approved was a headache! My husband and I have a VERY LOW debt ratio and a credit score of over 800. The amount needed for refinancing was $125,000 LESS THAN the appraisal of the property, so we as customers should have been a no-brainer; however, the process took FOUR MONTHS! The constant need of more documents and often duplicate requests was disturbing and almost harassing. At one point, I was in tears and ready to give up! In retrospect, I never would have started the process if someone had told me the headache I was going to endure. I just didn’t need the stress for the 1.5 point drop in interest rate.

Great rate but took too long for a refi.
I worked with Gregory Brown. He reached out every week or two and would always respond if I emailed with any questions or concerns. Unfortunately it took over 5 months to close on the refi. Fortunately, they locked in my rate. My closing costs ended up being similar to what was originally quoted, except a $100 increase in Title fees at the end and a removal of a $150 credit which I didn't know about until I was signing the papers with the notary. I understand they are busy, but it seemed as if every time they needed some other documentation from me or my current lender, my loan went to the bottom of the pile. I would think that any refi over 90 days would always stay at the top of the pile.

Great rate, super long time to close
Kyle was great but it took 6 months to get the refinance done. Not of his doing though. Communication during that period was rough but I’d probably do the same thing if I had customers waiting an unbelievable about of time for a refinance. With that said He worked with me to get by far the best rate, by about $100 a month, pay off a HELOC and some cash out. If you have the time to wait could be worth it.
