The overall home buying process can be quite hectic, from finding the right place to being able to obtain the best rate on a loan. Throughout the entire process, my experience with Lower proved to be superb. While initially looking for rates, I was able to connect with Nathanael Jones whose empathy and patience throughout the process were valued.
Throughout the process, a buyer is always trying to find the best rate and get questions answered. It is during this time Nathaneal's empathy for the buyer shined through. He did not come across as aggressive or forceful when I was trying to obtain initial information and his willingness to make himself available to answer my questions outside of business hours was paramount.
