As a first-time homebuyer, I was in uncharted waters for some of my homebuying experience, but Abby was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire financing process. I heard about Lower from a family member who had used it for a refi, so I trusted its legitimacy despite not having name-brand familiarity. I searched around a bit online, and wasn't sure whether claims that Lower uses AI to find bottom-dollar rates was mumbo jumbo or not, but Lower was certainly a legitimate financer and very worthwhile to go with. I pursued loans through two other traditional lenders as well, and Lower was so much, well, lower than the other two that they couldn't even compete. Abby and team's level of service was outstanding, and the rates and fees were substantially lower than what I realistically hoped for going into the buying process. Lower's online interface is excellent. Form-signing was seamless, and turnaround time was usually rapid. Overall, I'm very pleased!
