It was and is a frustrating experience
Stay away from this company. No matter the issue multiple phone calls not messages lead to response. Especially now that they call center is outsourced their call center has individuals that don’t have access to provide many services. I had to request a 1098 five times and Deed going on four times in two weeks. On all incidents I’m told it will be delivered within x hours and never happens.

needs lots of improvement
notice from county that i am delinquent on property tax**.pretty sure they didnt pay my housing insurance eit***.you would think that by rolling up mortgage with property taxes and insurance all in one***.that life would be a little bit eas***.nope* taking out a loan in order to pay property taxes and house insurance this year.

Very Disappointed in Jemma Pachiano
We have excellent credit and were simply refinancing our home for a lower interest rate. What should have taken less than a month took almost two months because Mid America made no effort to actively close our refinance. We responded to all of their requests for documents immediately. When they FINALLY brought the closing documents, they were incorrect. Jemma Pachiano took it upon herself to change my son's name on our mortgage documents without consulting me.
