Great Experience and Great Rate

I wanted to thank Eric Covington for navigating us through a difficult loan. We had tried local banks thinking that they would cater to us, but just the opposite happened. Eric not only catered but really educated us on what was available and looked at it like our wealth manager would have - goals, terms, payments etc... Wonderful experience, and top notch service. Great Refinance Experience

I wanted to thank Eric Covington for the great loan experience and his advisement to structuring our loans. We had no idea where to start and luckily after working with a few local banks and waiting over 45 days - we were referred to Eric and he accomplished in 3 days what was taking weeks at the other banks. Eric made the process easy for my family and put us into a great VA program that I was never offered by anyone else. Costs were lower and his rate was excellent. Great Jumbo Loan Experience

Thanks to Eric Covington and his Team in Carmel on my Jumbo Loan. I was bombarded with offers on my 800K loan but when they found out I was self employed - the enthusiasm was drastically lost m- most didn't even return calls.... Eric seems to know these loans right of the top of his head and made the experience enjoyable. A lot of paperwork these days - but in the end I have a great rate and we closed my loan in a few weeks time. I highly recommend Eric Covington and his Team at Midwest Mortgage in Carmel.

Great Service and Rates

I wanted to say thank you to Mr. Covington and his staff fo helping me get a great Mortgage and taking the time to explain everything to me. I was a first time home buyer and used my local bank which was a nightmare. Because I am self employed they wanted more and more documentation then after 2 months denied me. Almost in tears I was contacted by Mr. Covington and he went over my file and in about 2 hours he told me exactly what we needed to do. We closed on my new home in 30 days and everything was smooth - he even went to my closing to make sure I felt confident the whole time. Thank you so much! I recommend Eric and the MMC team to everyone and have since sent two of my clients to him.

Huge Thanks to MMC and Eric Covington

Eric Covington and his staff at MMC saved us from another 5 years of PMI. We tried everywhere locally and online but were turned down everywhere. Mr. Covington looked at our situation after my cousin recommended him and the next day he called and told us exactly how we could qualify and fix the issues we had on our credit that was causing us to be denied everywhere else. We followed his advice and now we are happily in a 15yr mortgage at half our old rate and no monthly PMI. I recommend Mr. Covington 100% to everyone here.

Stellar Loan Advisor for Investment Properties

I want to commend Eric Covington of Midwest Mortgage Capital on his professionalism and his advice on structuring my various investment property loans. I had tried two other local lenders and one of the internet guys and no one took the time to really structure my loans like Eric did and I ended up with lower fees and great terms than all the other quotes. His background with structuring investment loans and in depth knowledge of the full loan process - not to mention his team - is the best I have encountered. My Brother in Law recommended Mr. Eric Covington of Midwest Mortgage Capital to me to assist me in refinancing my Jumbo Loan in CA. I had already dealt with several big name banks and the service and loan knowledge was poor, and I had been waiting three months or results dealing with them to approve me.... Eric reviewed my loan situation in a matter of minutes - recommended a VA high Balance loan - which I had never heard of - and refinanced me on much better terms than anything the other guys offered and he did it in under 30 days. Actually about 17 days round trip. Thanks Eric - Highly recommended to everyone if you need great service, a true professional and a guy who is there 24/7 during the loan and even follow up after the closing. Five Stars!!!!!
