They caused delays in closing due to which we ended up paying significant fines to the seller. Could not get their reps on the phone and had to mail/ping everyday to ask about their progress. Would never work with them again.

The pre approval process/letter was an easy process. However after I placed an offer on my property and attempted to proceed, I could not get a response. I had a telcon scheduled with a mortgage specialist who totally ghosted me. I also emailed with no response. Two days later, I contacted and later closed with well Fargo.
I got burned 3 days before closing when they increased my rate and closing costs. I ended up calling family and friends to try to help find money but came up short. I ended up losing the home. Do. Not. Use.
