Excellent service. Very happy with Lucas and NBKC.

Lucas is extremely knowledgeable and has been doing this for decades. I trusted Lucas with refinancing my loan, which was pretty time-sensitive because the rates went higher almost immediately after we locked in.
He took me through the whole process and let me know exactly what to expect at each step. I am very busy with work and home chores, so I didn't exactly have time to look at the fine-grained details of every step of the refinance process. This was my first time handling the process by myself, without my advisor's help.
It turns out, it was a very smart decision trusting Lucas. He explained to me the very fine-grained details, and as you might expect, there were a lot of them. He explained the entire process to me along with where my finances were moving. Everything that I was going to pay, getting paid back, etc...
I'm very happy with my experience and the savings. No one else could match Lucas and NBKC. I'm very grateful.

Fast & Easy Experience

Through I worked with Andy Adkins, I have been able to take pride in working with an expert. His proposals on interest rate and closing cost were very attractive compared to other mortgage agents, and he went through every step very neatly, with no delay or doubts.
