I do not usually "firewall" a review with 5 stars, but the team at NBKC has made this home buying process painless. I expected a lot more headaches, but there were not. Dave and the team are top notch and I highly recommend working with them on your next mortgage or refinance. I am so glad I did not go with another bank and a friend had the good sense to refer me to NBKC.

Smooth process
Travis was upfront about rates, answered questions, and was patient with the multiple phone calls and emails that we had. It helps to have a loan officer who is knowledgeable about the process. Overall, the experience with Travis and NKBC Bank was exceptionally better than the process experienced with other large banks, and resulted in a better loan in the end.
