Highly recommend

Dan was one of the many phone calls I received after submitting my request online. He was the one persistent, kind and knowledgeable response that I received. He took the time to listen and try and understand my position. I had been talking with a couple of lenders and decided on him because of his professionalism and knowledge.

He was great to work with and very patient (because it took patience). He was always willing to call and help me through any obstacles and help to try and reduce the stress load for me in this process.

He came through each time as promised with an email, call or doing what he said he'd do. I highly recommend working with Dan Radar.

I am confident that I would not have had the stamina to go through this process without him, I would have just rented... and there were a few times throughout the process that I wanted to give up - he saw it through and took that load off my back.

At first, he responded to my inquiry online and continued to call and follow up (as did others) - I'd say the reason I chose to work with Dan is because he was knowledgeable and personable.

First off, Myra McFarland was my loan officer and she was amazing. I was really hesitant to use lending tree because of the non stop barrage of phone calls! I am very glad Myra got to me first and she offered me a percentage that was a whole point below anyone else. Other lenders didn't believe me when I asked of they could beat it.

This was my 2nd VA loan and this one was way more pleasant than the first. Communication via email or phone was very quick. I could not have asked for a better home buying experience. I recommend them to everyone.
