Fantastic Partner
Chad was a fantastic partner in managing the lending process for our new home. He was an excellent communicator and ensured that there were minimal issues thoughout the process. The only delay we encountered was due to the seller, not Chad and he did what he could to help get us back on track. We purchased a VA loan and were able to close 32 days from offer acceptance. That is amazing!
NBoKC was a fantastic partner in our adventure of buying a new home. Chad Lippelgoos was my mortgage lender and was extremely responsive and supportive throughout the process. He communicated well, advised us of all issues, and enabled us to close extremely close to the date we requested. We used a VA loan and offer to close was just 32 days. The only delay we experienced was due to an issue on the seller's side, not on the lender's side.

Brad was Great
Brad always answered or returned my calls promptly. Great personality, great service. Fought for me when the underwriters were a little bit of a pain and we got it all worked out.
I had an excellent experience with NBKC, particularly with Brad. Although my closing was delayed by a day because of some last minute confusion with the underwriters, everything went very smoothly. Brad was able to answer nearly every call right away and when he couldn't, he always called me back promptly. I used the VA Loan, so my rates were low, but they have low rates anyway. The fees were pretty nonexistent. I highly recommend them.

Keith Andrew = Best Loan Officer ... Period
Keith was the main reason I selected Pulaski over several other lenders, both online and local. He explained my options and help me compare based on my specific financial situation and our target housing market, taking plenty of time during pre-approval. Then, when after we went under contract and the closing process began, Keith worked immediately in response, coordinating the transaction for Pulaski and working well with the Pulaski loan processor and closing team. Keith was available immediately at all times, including evenings and weekends. He's very knowledgeable and, more than that, is patient and capable of communicating his knowledge to your benefit. I would recommend Keith and Pulaski to anyone, including people who are skeptical of online lenders. They disprove all preconceptions.
I was very vervous using a lender that was not local. The process proved to be easy, timely and they offered rates that my local bank couldn't. Would definitely recommend this lender and am especially grateful for Jamie's hard work, dedication and availability any time I had a question.

Best Loan Officer Ever!!!!
Dave is the most patient loan officer ever! I am 80% disabled for PTSD through the VA, I have sole custody of my son with Asperger's syndrome, and I am usually pretty busy and pretty stressed anytime I can't control something. My mortgage went exactly as planned, and Dave spent as long as necessary on the phone helping me figure out what I needed, how to send it to him, and letting me know every step of the process so it would be easy for me.
I got my dream home, travertine marble throughout, a pool, 10,000 sq. ft. Lot, wood shutters throughout, absolutely gorgeous in every way, and I have Dave to thank. From beginning to end, Dave was patient and wonderful!! Thank you so much Dave!!!!
Dave Nichols at National Bank of Kansas City Was amazing to work with. I am a single mom, I have sole custody of a child with Aspergers, and I have pretty bad PTSD (80% VA rated), and it makes it difficult to handle things that I can't control. The mortgage process is one of those, and it was tough. Dave made everything easy. My escrow was 30 days, the paperwork they requested was reasonable, and Dave was there every step of the way. There was nothing unexpected, and everything happened perfectly on time. He took all of my calls, he helped me prioritize what to worry about, he listened if I needed to vent, or talk, or just know more information. He is amazing and patient, and he walked me through the whole process one baby step at a time.
I got an incredible house, exactly what I wanted, and Dave was a big part of my success in that.
I can't say thank you enough. And if you plan to buy a home, try to get Dave Nichols. You will be really glad you did!!!!
