Couldn't have been better

Andy was the key to us keeping our sanity during our first ever home purchase.

Home buying is so stressful, but Andy was kind of our rock and gave us confidence in our choice of lender. He was unbelievably helpful in quickly answering our many, many questions throughout the process. Even with a few hurdles, Andy guided us to a successful (and on schedule) closing.

Great Professional Mark Gagnon

Mark was very knowledgeable about the product, detail oriented, patient and made you feel at ease about the process. His follow up I would say was amazing. Great refinance experience

Put in a request through an online Lending Tree ad. Several vendors contacted me with voice calls which was overwhelming. Mark from Newfi sent me a text message. This was much easier to handle and became the primary means of communication throughout the process. Communication was great throughout the whole process. I received updates regularly. Everything was explain thoroughly. Mark listened to our individual needs to make the loan work for us. He always went the extra mile. In addition, he pushed to get us past the finish line to meet a tight deadline. Would absolutely recommend him and use him again for future transactions.

Knowledgeable and dependable

At such a busy and stressful time, Mark at Newfi was the constant in the purchasing process who was reliable and most knowledgeable about the financing process. With both a refinance and a purchase happening in parallel, Mark kept me up-to-date with frequent communication and finding a package that worked for my needs. There was excellent follow-through on all activities and even my realtor commented how happy she was to be working with Mark to smooth out the process.
