A great place to find a loan
Newfi and esprecially Ed De La Pena were a great help throughout my loan process. I dealt only with Ed, which made confusion non-existent and I was kept informed of where the loan was each step of the way. Plus, uploading the documents to their site was easy and convenient. I highly recommend anyone with loan needs to visit their site. You will be rewarded!

Exceptional Rate, Cost, and Service!
I had not heard of newfi before this experience, but I can confidently say that it has been my best yet (I have previous experience with 3 other lenders).
1. Rate was the best of at least 6 other lenders with whom I connected, and it wasn't even close.
2. Similar to #1, fees/closing costs - which I paid none due to lender credits - was far better than the other lenders.
3. Service and responsiveness was exceptional, and this is coming from someone who is very selective and meticulous about good service. My Sr Loan Advisor - Ed De La Pena - was the first to reach out when I entered my information on LendingTree and was the most professional and courteous; in contrast, too many other lenders were obviously overselling, obsessive and unprofessional. I was particularly impressed at Ed's responsiveness which was always within 24 hours, and his no-nonsense focused assistance which helped expedite the process.
The result - I was able to close the refinance within 3 weeks on the promised date, shave $200 off my monthly payment, and pay absolutely nothing on closing costs. I am one very happy and satisfied customer!

Very compatible rates!
We had a great experience with Andy Chau! We did refinancing. All his responses were so fast. Also we really liked low and flexible rates. Andy sent us few options with different rate and closing cost and we were able to select the best option for us. I would highly recommend Newfi and Andy!

Amazingly Fast, Efficient and Easy!
I went into the process a little skeptical since I was used to the "go into the office meet the broker and hand over hard copies of all necessary docs". I had nothing to worry about. From the first email Richard Valle was professional, responsive and very knowledgeable. This was the easiest refi ever!! In all honesty I never actually "spoke" to Richard other than emails and texts - but every step of the way he was there if I had any questions. I would recommend this process to anyone looking to refi - especially if you are skeptical like I was - I promise this process will amaze you. I am a happy customer and would not hesitate to use Newfi again. Thank you Richard Valle and Newfi for an awesome experience!!

Newfi was great!
I was surprised this smaller company was able to offer the best rate I could find. Just as important, the service was impeccable. Andy Chau responded quickly and completely to every question, he helped ensure we got the closing done on time and when he took a short vacation (this was during the holidays) he had another person from Newfi contact me to keep things rolling. Easiest refi experience ever!
I had an excellent experience refinancing my house through Newfi. Scott was very responsive and answered all my questions. The process was very easy!
