Great Experience

I worked with Mark Gagnon on my recent home refinance after hearing glowing reviews about Newfi from a co-worker. Mark explained the process and ushered everything through to funding in half the time that my original lender said they could process it--even through the holidays. The Newfi website is very helpful and Mark was always just a call away. I highly recommend Mark and Newfi.

Patient Professionals Get the Job Done!

Richard Valle took the time to walk me through all the requirements and help me with the paperwork. He came up with a creative solution that was within my portfolio, that fulfilled the lenders requirements. Richard was even available on Christmas Eve Day to hold my hand about the loan doc delivery, and notarization! It was a professional, pleasant, and successful experience!

Great Experience

Richard Valle was great to work with. As a first time homebuyer I felt lost going into the process but Richard ensured every step was carefully explained to me. I would very much recommend his services and would choose him again if I made the purchase over again.

Great experience, great outcome

Even after a few random things came up on my end (wife on unpaid maternity leave, complicated assessment of the property, etc) Andy guided us successfully through the process. Would definitely recommend him for your loan needs

I would use Newfi again

With the except of one small detail that was outside of Andy Chau's control this refi went very smooth. I provided all the documentation he asked for in the initial email and then the process ran very smoothly. The one hiccup is my real estate taxes were paid twice, once through escrow and by my original mortgage company. There was no way to avoid this as the original mortgage company was the one's that double paid. It will take a little time but the money will come back to me.

I recently completed a refinance with Andy Chau at Newfi. There were no hidden costs associated with the refinance and the costs estimated upfront were exactly what I pai*.Even when the appraiser charged $175 more than the upfront estimate, Newfi credited me the difference in the closing. Andy was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the whole process. Thank You Andy.

Great Refi with Newfi's Richard Valle

I am extremely pleased with my experience re-financing through Newfi and Richard Valle. After Richard quoted me a rate, I shopped it against two well-established institutions with which I have banking relationships. They acknowledged they could not match Newfi's rate and encouraged me to use Newfi. Thereafter, the process of working with Richard could not have been easier. Their portal was very easy to use for completing the application and uploading the supporting materials, and they reduced the hassle of re-financing to a minimum. I am delighted to recommend Richard and Newfi.

NEWFI Exceeded our expectations

Communication was great.
Their website showing the loan process, what was needed, where the loan was in the process was great.
Loan process was streamlined.
