Great service, easy to follow web interface.

Working with Newfi, I got a great rate, but most importantly Scott Territo worked with me to find the best loan option for my goals (a cash-out Refinance). Scott is not only very knowledgeable, but also truly acted as an advocate for me as a customer. Newfi's web interface was also very clear and easy to use, allowing the customer to upload needed documents or see where the loan was in the process. I've been through 3 refinances over the years, and I felt the most informed by far on this refinance using Newfi and Scott.

Highly recommend!

We’ve purchased or refinanced houses at least 10 times over the years, and this was by far the easiest, most efficient transaction ever. My son researched lenders for his recent refinance and highly recommended Newfi and Andy Chau based on his good experience. I’ll now do the same. Andy was able to find us a fixed rate loan for less than our adjustable rate loan and pushed it through in record time, answering e-mails long after hours, walking us through Newfi’s online system, and finally locating a traveling notary in Seattle to complete the transaction during our vacation trip before the rate lock expired. We couldn’t be more pleased with this service.

Quick and Easy Refi

We worked with Andy Chau on our refi. From the start Andy was quick to respond via email/text/phone and made the process very easy for us. The online portal made it easy to track the loan progress.
