Lack of communication and updates during loan process. Did not close on time, required two extensions to close. This was the only transaction I had this selling season requiring an extension to close.
The time lines that were communicated did not actually match the time lines that happened. I think that the expiration of initial contract is an example not to be overlooked. Even with the last extension request of 7/13 .... clearly you would not have made that date either. You were lucky the seller agreed to move forward with your company as the lender at all.
I would have liked better early communications with Samantha and her team. The documentation pushed to my Fiancée and I was rushed (realtor communication breakdown?) and riddled with errors, resulting in an offset appraisal, and a postponed closing. Overall, a needlessly stressful experience.
Samantha herself was a professional expert when I was able to get in touch. Victoria professional, reliably available, and knew who to ask for what. Jamie was awesome, although slightly hard to reach.
