As a first time homebuyer it would have been helpful to understand the process and know what would be expected of me to provide for the loan and why. I had become overwhelmed due to the back and forth regarding the loan details, insurance and title required. Lattice is beyond excellent. My issues came into effect when dealing with her assistant. Her assistant would often request documents she already had. While trying to work and multi task to get the documents sent over in a timely fashion, I felt that as soon as I submitted documents, something else came up that I needed to submit. I was also required to complete an online training that would have been extremely beneficial in the beginning of the process. Overall, Lattice was phenomenal.
Ridiculous documentation requirements and endless requests. Mistakes on settlement statement. Closing almost didnt happen
