Andrew and Jeff get it done
After shopping around, comparing rates with about 10 mortgage companies and getting a feel for the personality of the people I might be working with I would recommend Andrew Day at Patriot Bank. Andrew was responsive to all my inquires before we selected a mortgage company to work with and answered any questions we had. He helped us come up with a financing strategy that fit our needs and got us right about the rate we wanted. The fees were quite reasonable. We had to close in a very quick time frame of less than 30 days and they came through. Once we started the process we worked with Jeff as well as Andrew and it was as smooth as can be to get the loan done. We closed on the day we set with out any troubles. Patriot Bank Mortgage made the process simple and easy. I would gladly recommend them to anyone. They are a great team to work with.

I noticed rates were going down the second week in January so logged into Costco and contacted Patriot. Andy reached out to me and immediately gave me a quick (unofficial) GFE. Over the next few days he was regularly updating me with the volatile market rates while I was openly shopping other lenders. He never flinched. We barely missed the best opportunity of the week; it changed before I could get all my paperwork done; but Andy never pressured me to move before I was ready. Andy was extremely responsive during the entire process, often replying to e-mails late at night and on weekends. Although I knew we were in good shape financially, we had multiple complex issues with both our income and our debt and I always felt he was in my corner. Although I recommend Patriot for the great rates, if you can get him, ask for Andrew Day; he will treat you right!
