Great Experience
My recent refinance experience with PennyMac was stellar. The process went smoothly, swiftly, and efficiently. All the Mac team were very responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and yet professional. My refinance was closed in about a month from start to finish. I could reach a live person on the team who could answer my questions. I got "weekly updates" and was always kept up to date, with auto immediate feedback with each prompt document upload. Most importantly, I got a very "low" interest rate with PennyMac. I personally recommend PennyMac to anyone who wants a company with not just the "know how" but whose team "knows how" to get the job done expeditiously from start to closing with no surprises. I would give my PennyMac team a 5 out of 5 star rating. I must say, in my quest for a refinance, with "excellent" credit, my perusal had included six or seven other mortgage companies/banks, even a credit union, but I can truly say "none can compare with my great experience with PennyMac." PennyMac is number one as far as we were concerned. A great reputation.
When we posted we were looking forward to a few refinance calls we were bombarded with all kinds of mortgage lenders with all kinds of ratings. One company pretended to be PennyMac and we had already chosen PennyMac to be our lender and Jocelyn took care of it in a flash. We enjoyed the service she provided us so quickly. Our VA refinance went through like a flash with Jocelyn helping us. We did 2 VA refinances at once and she had them prepared at record speed. We were amazed at her knowledge of any questions we had. If we buy another property we will definitely use Jocelyn at PennyMac. I recommend both of them.
