It was a smooth process
It's a shame companies can't offer you their very best rate from the onset of the refinance. You need to go back and forth between lenders and offers to get someone to commit to what may seem as your best option, and then everyone is pressuring to sign right away once they do give you a better offer.

It was a good experience
The only problem I ran into was with the document approval process. The documents requested were not described in enough detail and resulted in duplication and delay. The agents I spoke with were very helpful and Crystal went above and beyond to get my loan closed. I appreciate her effort immensely. All in all, it was a pretty good experience, Thank you, Crystal, and team.
