Joanna deserves 10 stars!!

Joanna was truly a life saver through our whole home buying process. Long story short, our realtor (which was my uncle) and our first lender were trying to charge us thousands of unnecessary charges and fees. We thought something wasn’t right so we sent our info to Joanna and she found all these charges, without her we would have never found them. Joanna saved us thousands of dollars and gave us back much more after our first lender lost some. We could call her anytime and she would answer. Joanna fought for us through the whole process and gave us tons of advice. She works so hard for her clients and we even closed on our house 3 days early because of her!! Even though our first home buying experience was awful, Joanna made it a lot easier. Joanna treats her clients like family and we are so grateful for her. She is the best and we would recommend her to anyone!

Joanna was awesome!

Without Joanna we would not have been able to buy our home. She fought for us every step of the way and made sure we understood everything that was happening. Our loan proved to be very difficult and she never gave up and explored every option available to get in the best situation available. We are very grateful for everything she did and the extra time she took to get it done.

My first home

Joanna is nice and she makes herself available. My situation was complicated as I had to buy my house out of a probate but we closed in Dec ‘18. She was very transparent with the process and always willing to be helpful beyond her responsibilities. I would do business with her again.

Great Experience!

Peoples Mortgage is such a great lending company to work with. I especially want to give recognition to Joanna Howard! She worked tirelessly with me through the process of getting a home loan. When I discovered that I needed to revise what I felt I could really afford for a monthly mortgage payment, Joanna very patiently went back and went over my financials and helped me get the loan amount needed for my new home. I will only work with Joanna in the future and I'm referring all my family and colleagues to her and Peoples Mortgage Company.

Completely Satisfied and Beyond

I have recommended BJ to many friends and will continue to work with him with others as the years go on. In my book there may be other choices out there to work with to obtain mortgage financing but the choice is clear; choose BJ and he will get the job done!
