Professional and Efficient

I can be difficult at times but Greg was great with helping me understand the details I needed to feel comfortable, getting me an awesome rate, and the terms that I wanted. He suggested options that I didn’t know existed and kept everything on track for a quick closing. I’ve used him multiple times at this point and it’s always the same excellent results.

Had our hopes up and never got back to us

I know we are financially tight. Scott asked us to find out some info and get back to him. Never responded after that. Before that, he seemed like a go getter. But I think once he realized this wasn't going to be easy. He basically blew us off. Not a good business practice. Could have been honest and explained things instead of not responding. Not impressesd

Heart of a teacher, 24-7 Available

Jerry was not merely a mortgage lender, he was a friend and treated us like family. This was our 1st home. During our search, we wanted a person that had a heart of a teacher to explain this daunting journey. From the very first call, Jerry established his thorough knowledge, wisdom, and willingness to be our 24/7 man-on-the-inside. He always was available to explain in great detail, if needed, everything we asked. Simply the best period.

NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY

Never call back in a timely manner and everything is last minute. After nearly waiting a year to close and after going through so much with her in the process, she did not follow up in a timely manner or lock in the lower rate, which now caused me to have no where to go and had to accept a mortgage that is almost the same as someone with a $500,00 house has and told the them to not sell my loan and now I am stuck with this company which has the worst business ethics. I AM DESPERATE TO REFINANCE and LEAVE THIS COMPANY!!

Passive aggressive lender

Rude and presumptive representative (Luanne) felt as though we should head right to closing procedures before we had even discussed any numbers. Email from Luanne stated, "I would like to finish it up by pulling credit and getting documentation ready for your signature". I politely requested some options before proceeding and was told, "this is a pretty straight forward conventional scenario". No mention of terms, rates, payments, nothing. I was less than impressed.
The rep then became passive aggressive and sent me an indecipherable hodge podge of options. When I expressed that I could not make heads or tails of the options, the response was to resend me the same nonsense (this time in a table) along with "Is this better?"
No.**.it is not better. It is not even close to good.

Trustworthy honest responsive

Keith was able to tell me write away what I need to do to get my loan all the way the point of what dollar amount I need to pay on a card . I work night shift so there was a lot of night calls an he always called me back or texted me .he even was on his way to the super bowl and texted me from the airport. He made me and my family feel important . He share important info threw videos my loan was threw email text and phone calls and him and William made it as easy as it could be for me if you want a house call this guy and he will make it happen.
