TERRIBLE advertising and response time
I tried to use an advertisement I received from this company that they would "match any rate" or I would receive $500. They would not match the rate I was quoted from another company, then gave me the run around for WEEKS, dodging my emails, and LIED to me through the process. (I also got a MUCH better rate somewhere else).

Prospect Made It Happen
Prospect Home Finance, and especially our loan officer Jeffrey Johnson, really went out of their way to get this done. I am self-employed and had trouble getting a loan despite ample documented income. Further complicating matters was the fact we bought our house with an owner carry. Jeffrey helped us navigate all that and secure the loan. Definitely recommend Prospect and will come back for the next loan.
