Honest, hard working and attentive
Worked with Pat at Consumer Direct Mortgage, and he proved himself to be faithful, honest and hard working. Any time I had a question about what was going on, he took the time to make sure I understood. I compared with a friend that did a refi at the time of the one I did, and they told me they couldn't even remember the name of the individual working for the company that did their refi. But more importantly the industrial sized company they used didn't get them the best deal. I was paying nearly .75% less and they locked virtually the same time I did. Their lenders were just charging more than the lender(s) that Consumer Direct work with. I couldn't be pleased more with the process and have already recommended Pat with Consumer Direct to a another friend.
