worth the wait!

I am so happy i answered the phone call i received from Nate Conklin with Royal United Mortgage. I was looking to refinance my home and pay off debts and also do some improvements to my home. Nate worked with me and explained everything that was needed to acquire the loan, I know it was a challenge, and at times stressful, but in the end I received the loan and I can look forward to a new beginning. Thanks for all your hard work Nate.

Great experience

My first time going through the process of refinancing my house and they made it so simple. I was helped by Kevin Creg and he made this a stress free and smooth transaction.I was kept up with every process and was given a courtesy phone call and email every Tuesday and Friday. FAST, EASY, THOROUGH!!

I signed onto the Lending Tree and entered all the information needed to acquire a secure consolidation loan. In less then 10 minutes Royal United called me on the phone and the service I received there was professional, helpful, courteous and caring. The gentlemen that we dealt with could not have been more helpful and understanding to our needs. All our requirements were met and we never even had to leave our home. I would definitely recommend the Lending Tree to help locate a bank or financial service if you are looking for a consolidation loan, a mortgage, reverse mortgage or any other type of loan. I am 100% satisfied with the service and responsiveness that we received from Royal United and if need be, deal with them at any time.

Royal United and Mike Webster

Today my loan was funded. Mike Webster, who is a Senior Loan Advisor for Royal United handled my loan all the way. I cannot say enough about Mike’s professionalism; follow up, guidance thru the entire process. He never failed to take my call immediately, no matter day, night or weekends. He has complete knowledge of the loan process and Royal United as a company. He initiates communications on updates and gives accurate timelines on processing, making you feel very connected and I know he cares about his clients on a personal basis.
Royal United is a premium class company and Mike is a premium class individual. They both have a 100 percent endorsement from my direct experience.

Our Loan officer Brian was so helpful. He explained everything to our understanding. We had a problem with some documents we needed to send because we had purchased a new computer and the documents got corrupted when we saved them on a drive. Royal United was very patient with us as they waited for us to fire up our old slow computer to get the correct documents needed. Our loan went through in a very timely manner. It would have been faster had we not sent them corrupted documents. I definitely would recommend Royal United for any of your loan needs. They work with many lenders and can do miracles with unconventional loans, that other mortgage companies would not touch. Our loan was a small amount, but the treatment RU gave us was the same as they would have for a larger loan. Special thanks to Brian.

Great customer service

Over the years we have bought, sold and re-financed many homes. I can't say that it was ever any easier than this. From the first conversation with Brian until final closing the communication was great. It wasn't unusual to receive a call or email from Brian at 10-11pm his time. He is truly dedicated to his job. Even on a day Brian was out sick I received a call from his boss to give an update. We deal with a lot of internet companies and most could learn a lesson or two from Royal United about customer service and attentiveness. We would not hesitate to use them again or refer someone to them. Thank you.

Great Service!

Our experience with Royal United Mortgage and Austin Davis was excellent. Austin stayed in contact with us continually throughout the process. We were never left wondering what was going on or where we stood in the process. He worked diligently to get us approved and our mortgage closed in a timely manner.
