Refinancing with Royal United Mortgage

Royal United Mortgage was extremely cordial and helpful in trying to secure us a loan. Eva Mack provided outstanding customer service and worked very diligently for us. It is because of Eva and Darice Maxie why I would consider using Royal United Mortgage again in the future.

Requested quote for loan refinance on LendingTree. Promptly received several offers. Responded to Royal United Mortgage and a couple of other ones. I decided to go with Royal, because a friend had just refinanced with them with a great rate. Jamie B. with Royal called and started the refinance process. Jamie was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I was very pleased with the ease and time it took to complete the refinance of our home loan. Refinancing lowered our rate and our monthly payment, and will save us 6 years or more on the term of the loan along with an enormous amount of interest. Thank you Jamie @ Royal United for all of your help. Would gladly recommend Jamie & Royal to anyone who wants to save money and time on your loan!

Brad is the greatest!!

Royal united is a wonderful company, they did everything! We did the whole refinance in 12 days, and it was a breeze. Brad Rissler is a wonderful person, he made this refi painless, simple, and so very easy. He explained everything,and made sure we understood it all. We had an issue , at closing, that was not his fault. He took responsibility for it, and corrected it!Thank You Brad!

WOW, this has been an incredible experience. When we were searching for a lender, we were very nervous and unclear. We went through Len********.com which was another easy and awesome experience! When we connected and hung up with Royal United Mortgage and our loan advisor, Justin R., I felt totally at ease. He was so sincere, caring, intelligent and positive - I have never met him, but he made us feel like we were great friends and I really feel like he had our best interest at heart. I will recommend him and Royal United Mortgage every chance I get. This entire experience has been truly awesome - everything has been so smooth and clear for us and done in a quick manner. We have truly been blessed by his guidance and advice. They sincerely care for their customers and employees. It is a joy to know that there are companies still around that offer EXCELLENT customer service from their loan advisors all the way to their CEO which I had correspondence with. This is by far the best service I have ever experienced with any company ever! No email, no questions, no calls have ever gone unanswered and for me to be able to laugh with my lender over the phone is pretty impressive. Just Awesome :)

On the evening I started asking for quotes on refinancing, we received a call right away from Royal United Mortgage.. It was a Saturday or Sunday night, I am not quite sure. Our contact person was Kristy K. Storm. She was so pleasant on the phone. As we had more contact with her, we found her to have a vast knowledge of what we wanted, how to handle the matter and really spent a lot of time with us. It was like we were the only client she had. I have never spoken to anyone who cared so much about getting you the best rate, answering any question (not matter how stupid) and just so cooperative. She a great representative for Royal United Mortgage and anyone that get her as a loan advisor, is getting the best person available. One night I wasn't feeling well, Kristy was on the phone with me, helping me get something done that I didn't know how to do. She even called come friend that were knowledge about computer to help us. She spent over an hour with me, helping me figure out how to attach an attachment to an email. She was so patient. We are so lucky to have had Kristy as our advisor. I would say that Kristy went above and beyond the call of duty to help us.

My lender, Patrick C. gave me the best deal of the three lender I went to. He did everything hesid he would do when he said he was going to do it. I felt he went out of his way to make this refinance work with no problems. I have recommended him several times.

Good Experience

I had a great experience with Royal United Mortgage. They were very fast and easy to work with. Luke Wilson processed my loan and he communicated with me every step of the way. Everything was clear and upfront. They even sent a closer to my house. It couldn't have been easier.

a long way to go

In all fairness i would first state that the account representive was new to her line of work, I think? The problems started when deadlines were never met and then they started asking for info we had already sent them. On more than one occasion a closing date was promised and never materilized , always "some other depatments fault"
Generally you got the sense someone was not being honest with you ....
We gave all info within 24 hours of being asked and always responded to their needs. In the end we told them we had lost faith in their ability to close on this mortage and asked them to not call us anymore. We started the process again with a local bank. Then 2 weeks later out of the blue Royal united called and said they were ready to close? Go figure....
their rates were reasonable so we agreed.
I have to state the house was valued at 175,000 with no current mortage or lein holders. My credit score is 775. It seemed like a no brainer to us but they just never seemed to never be able to get their act together.
i would not recomend this company to anyone..

In reviewing the facts surrounding the review in question, it appears the clients frustration was driven by the required income documentation a client must produce in order verify their income. Specific to the case below, the client was self employed. To protect the consumer and the lender, it is required that the client produce tax documentation to prove income for two full years; the two years must be filed with the IRS. In this case, the client did not provide what was requested of them which was two full years of income proof; they provided one. They did not provide this as they had yet to complete 2010 filing. Royal United followed up with the client on the date the client advised they would complete their 2010 federal returns. Once Royal United verified the clients income from 2010 via the IRS, the clients loan was approved for closing 4 business days later. In this case, had the client been able to produce what was originally requested, the process would have been expedited. The good news is, the client was taken care of and approved for the loan they had originally requested. Royal United has a proven track record when it comes to superior service, products, and follow-up. Royal United understands that keeping the client informed throughout the process is critical to building trust. Our overall rating and reviews speak to this track record. Royal United will never do a loan for a client that is not right for the client or do a loan outside federal guidelines. In the case above, Royal United serviced the client and followed the right process to do so.
