I would like to start off saying that I would recommend Jeff to all of my Family and Friends. He made the process of refinancing so easy. Charlie and I had retired and we were hesitant on which route to go . Very disappointed in who we approached first. After speaking with Jeff within the first 15 minutes he had put me at ease. So patient, informative and kind. He answered every question for us and never got annoyed if I had to ask again. When he said he was going to call us he did. Never left us hanging. I highly recommend Jeff to anyone.
