LIFE JUST GOT A LITTLE BETTER
This was a truly an unbelievable experience. Only a few short days ago I was at a point of just giving up financially. Not thinking or even expecting anything good could happen, I decided to fill out a questionnaire on line about home loans. Not shockingly Ryan with Royal United immediately called. I was 100% ready to hang up on him, but something seemed different about the first few questions he asked. He was not instantly attempting to sell me anything, he actually sounded as if he cared about my situation and what I was trying to do. After speaking with him for nearly twenty minutes he informed me that our conversation would be handed over to Nick. I thought to myself, “now here comes the annoying sales pitch, and let down,” but to my surprise Nick was just as kind and concerned with my situation as Ryan was. At the end of the call I had more than hope; I had basically gotten the bump I needed towards financial stability. Things couldn’t have gone more smoothly. I was told at one point in our conversation that the entire process would take a few weeks, but it actually took a lot less. This whole experience will go in my book as one of the best things that has ever been done for me. Thank You Ryan, Nick, and Royal United. I feel like I have two new friends.

I tried to refinance in July of 2021 but I found out I wasn’t on the deed long enough at the time. Exactly six months later, Elliott called me back and we got started again. He is such a sweet young man, and he was so patient with a silly old lady in a wheelchair. Now I can finally fix up my house so it’s more handicapable. Elliott and Krista are fantastic. You should absolutely work with them.
