Andrea was great to work with, but overall experience with Strong was not.
As far as communication and service, Andrea was a pleasure to work with, has excellent communication skills, and great follow-up. I would give her 5 stars were it not for the hassles with the overall process. Not sure if that was Strong Mortgage policies, but I refinanced several times before, but never before did the lender change the rate once it was locked. The final rate was .25% more than the lock, so this was disappointing as it increased the cost of the loan quite a bit. Then, the loan was sold to a servicer. Again, this is something that has happened before in refinances so I wasn't overly concerned but never before was it so hard to get the payments set up with the new servicer. Overall a frustrating experience.
