I was connected with Strong Home through a Costco affiliate website. I was pursuing 2 companies with comparable rates, but I ended up moving forward with Strong Home due to the amazing and fast customer service I received from the loan officer at the King of Prussia, PA branch. Gabriela was my loan officer and she was absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and accessible to answer any questions I had via email or phone. Her, along with her branch manager Gordon, we very instrumental in getting us to closing in a timely and seamless manner. My positive review of Strong Home is nearly solely due to the great customer service I received from Gabriela. Highly recommend.
