Great communication throughout!

I talked to Brandt for the first time around September 1st and by October 22nd we were closed and funded for our cash out re-fi. Where Brandt and Triumph really shined was in deciding when to lock the rate. Brandt told me based on his experience to wait one more day because he thought rates would tick down in the morning. He was exactly right and we saved .125% because of his expertise. He also helped us with scheduling the appraiser when I hadn’t heard from them. Paperwork was all done through an online portal and there were no surprises at closing. Thank you Brandt and Triumph for an awesome experience!

Mr. John Guerra did it again!! The first time was a refi on 4/28/17 which closed in a record 2 weeks. This time, a much bigger loan! We bought a 5 acre property / ranch, with a house, barn, guest house and an 8 car garage. John and his team simply exceeded our expectations again. John was on top of every single aspect of the loan application and approval process. We had our clear to close within 2 weeks!! This was amazing. Smooth Process and Great Service!

Excellent from start to finish

My mortgage loan officer, Peter Lammerts was superlative. He provided a strong pre-qualification approval letter with the strong backing of Triumph Lending, made the application process easy with easy online access through a client portal, expedited the underwriting process and made the closing seamless with the closing disclosure completed and resolved on the Friday before a Monday closing.
I am fully satisfied with his work and would use him again if given the opportunity.
