Outstanding service!

I made the right choice when I selected Triumph Lending for my new home purchase. Mark Labouchardiere and his team did an outstanding job from begining to end. The rate was very competitive and the fees were very reasonable. I had used a company in the past that was recommended by Dave Ramsey but they just could not compete with Triumph. All of my questions and concerns were responded to promptly and with as much detail as I wanted. At the end, we located a home to purchase that had a very short timeframe to close. Mark and his team got it all done and through the underwriting process ahead of schedule and even were able to re-run the paperwork for a last minute change of the closing date. I will certainly use them again and highly recommend them to anyone seeking a loan.

Great Experience

I had a great experience with Truimph Lending and in particular with Christopher Peddie. Chris helped me from start to finish with a very postive, dedicated attitude. There were no bad surprises and he truely stayed on top of things.

Most excellent consideration...

I sent this already but it would not let me choose Steve Casteneda, This time it does not have a choice of person.

Steve was very helpful and considerate. I was very frustrated with the hoops Chase was making me jump through and the lack of communication when a friend at work recommended Steve to me. The whole process was so fast. I am very pleased and will tell anyone who asks about him; and your company!
