I worked with Triumph Lending to refinance my primary residence and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the Houston metro area! I worked closely with Andy Nguyen throughout the entire process and he was professional, knowledgeable, honest, quick to respond and provided exceptional customer service. I closed on my refinance in under 3 weeks thanks to their speedy, professional and excellent customer service.
I would HIGHLY recommend Triumph Lending to anyone in the Houston area! 5 stars all around the board and I will definitely be working with them again.

He did what he said he was going to do

Miguel kept me up to date through the entire process. I changed my mind a few times on what I wanted to do but he was very patient with me and provided good information very quickly. He gave me several options and did not pressure me. Most importantly, nothing changed with fees or numbers as we neared closing. I would definitely do business with him again!

Great experience

Triumph Lending has been a great company to work with. My husband and I had applied for a mortgage with another company and after a frustrating 2 months were not able to close the loan. I had about given up on the idea, but Triumph Lending's number was given to me by someone, so I texted Mark to let him know what had happened and ask if there was anyway he could help. Tristan called me back promptly and listened to me, then told me what to do to get the process started. Tristan was great about getting back to me no matter what time I emailed him and communicated with me to let me where in the process we were. We closed on our loan about a month after I texted Mark and Tristan. I appreciated all of their help and service.

Loan Delivered as Promised

Working with Miguel was easy and he delivered the loan promised. He was prompt and respectful throughout the very short process of closing on my loan. Closing was much quicker than others. I got three good faith estimates for my loan. A different company tried to add fees which increased the promised APR. I contacted Miguel and he made sure I could cancel the other loan. I got the same rate and lower fees, so I would definitely recommend Miguel Gomez and Triumph/Network Lending!
