Amazing Experience
My wife and I recently refinanced our home and luckily we had Peder Quello from Vantage Mortgage facilitate the transaction! Peder took us from a 6.25% 30 year fixed interest rate to a 3.5% 15 year interest rate. At the same time, he was able to get us a second mortgage and between the two we were able to consolidate a significant amount of debt. His follow through and follow up skills are incredible, he as incredible knowledge of all the different mortgage products available in the marketplace, and on top of it all he has a charming personality and soothing “bedside manner“.
