Great Lender! Amazing service for VA Loan buyers!

I got my initial VA home loan through iFreedomDirect, and the service was amazing. My lender walked me through each individual step and got me approved and into my new home even on an accelerated timeline! Fast Forward a few months -- Brandon at iFreedomDirect calls me up and lets me know that I am qualified for a VA refinance even though I just purchased my home since my initial interest rate was above market average. Great Experience!!! Top notch

Working with several brokers, Nick Smith from iFreedom was nothing like the rest. The other brokers seemed to always be selling something, and weren't available when I needed them. Nick Smith always answered when I called. He managed each step of the process, and gave me great advice I wasn't getting other places. I felt like he was on my side. He was honest and gave me the whole story of what to expect. He helped me plan everything from my house to a new kitchen. I would recommend Nick Smith to anybody looking for an FHA loan. He's terrific.

Fastest Close Ever!!!

At first, I had my worries that being a smaller lender iFreedom would not be as competitive with rates on a 30 year VA as other larger lenders. It is true that I did not get the lowest rate out there to begin with BUT I continued to submit offers from other lenders and my agent Nate Lewis continued to fight for a better rate. I did not even have to go through the whole process of getting good faith estimates from other lenders. I just kept sending Nate email offers from other lenders and he kept taking it higher and higher up the chain until I got equal with the lowest competitors offer.

Nate was always fast to respond to my emails/calls, as was Stephanie Phomsouvanh who helped me be underwritten. I painstakingly took my time to educate myself on the home buying process since this was my first time buying. On my first call with Nate, he broke down the entire process to me including filing in some blanks that other lenders had left out. Despite the fact that Nate had no idea whether he was wasting his time talking to someone who was not going to commit to iFreedom he spoke with me for over an hour.

I was trying to close on my home during the thanksgiving holidays and with juggling moving my personal goods with driving across the country, things were chaotic. Nate and Stephanie went above and beyond continuing to keep me informed of my status as I was on the road in transition. Stephanie even took the time to Google iPhone apps that would allow me to sign documents through my iPhone since I had no connectivity while I was traveling.

The best part of working with iFreedom was the speed in which they did things. Everyone on my end including my real estate agent, home insurance and lawyer couldn't stop talking about how much they loved my lender. Documents were returned same day and visa-versa, as Nate made sure I closed in as fast as humanly possible. Whenever there was a curve ball that came out of nowhere everyone immediately took care of it. It only took 18 days to close once I told Nate I had found a home!!!

I cannot speak highly enough about Nate, Stephanie and iFreedom.

Exceptional
