It could be a scam
An agent from wyndham capital got all my personal info and never got any other communication from him. I tried to contact the company and verified the veracity of the agent. I had to schedule a call and despite the phone call never got a follow up from him. That really scare me and I still don't know if was a real agent from this company ir just a scam. I did complaint but I have never received a call from customer or manager rmanager to clarify why the initial call from this agent was made from a number that doesn't receive phone calls from customers. Which alerted me that it could be a scam. The agents name is Collin small and he used a phone number that when you call back there is a message that says " this phone number is not in service". This happened last week. I had to freeze my credit and increase lifelock protection.

Bad experience
He is very pushy and tried to force me to give him my social. It was 6 minutes into the call and he asked once. I said im okay and then he got mad and started saying i have to do it anyway so lets go. I said im good and he then pretty much forced me to give him my basic info. Anytime i tried to talk he would talk over me. Said it would take 10 minutes or less and he kept me on the phone for 30 minutes asking me why i wouldnt give him my social. I told him i just didnt want to and he kept pushing. Honestly just kinda rude overall. 0 out of 5 for me.

Not a good experience
In the beginning, this loan went well. But as time dragged on, it did not. The loan officer was great, but the processor was not. He would not answer or return my calls, texts, or emails. There was a period of 3 weeks, nobody contacted me. 55 days after my application the loan finally closed and funds were dispersed. Except there was one little problem, today is a week later and my old mortgage company still hasn’t received the payoff wire transfer. They claim to be looking into it, but I’m the one on the hook for double interest until it’s paid off.
I wholeheartedly do not recommend Wyndham.
