It was an ok experience!

The rates are great but the customer service isn’t really all that great! When you state you are interested in a loan they blow your phone up and when you need to get in touch with someone after you have decided to go forward with the loan you are put on hold or can’t reach the person you need to! Also they asked for you to submit information that they should have been able to obtain on a credit report! No big deal just a little more work on my end that was really unnecessary!

It was good experience with small issues.

The loan process itself was easy but not as quick as I expected. I had to call a few times to push things along and I didn't get the rate and amount I asked for. I have excellent credit.

Subpar

My loan was initially declined because underwriting said a 2 year old deed to my home was not sufficient evidence that I was a homeowner and married. Only after I provided justification was the loan approved, and I was able to move through the process. They asked for my banking information for doc_u_sign and my husbands email as well. When I received the docusign, my band information was not present, and they got my husbands email wrong, meaning they sent my docusign with my confidential information (including my bank info) to the wrong person. Outside of that logistical error, the website is outdated, and the loan application was slow to process.
