For as good as the customer service is, their lending practices are suspect. Borrower Beware! No longer wanting to pay the high interest rate, I decided to payoff the loan in a shorter amount of time. The first time I went to make a large payment, I realzed the online payment portal was not letting me make a same day payment (at 8 am) nor a next day payment. Therefore, I contacted customer service. They advised me that the earliest a oayment could be made from the day in question was two days later. What!? So, if you borrow from them, recognize that you will pay more interest than intended if you want to pay your loan off early or make additional payments. Freedom Plus, SHAME!

It was the worst experience I have ever had: frequent mistakes and staff is out right rude
The process to get the loan was extensive but not unexpected. Mistakes were made with the agreed due date that caused the loan to be a few days late every month for a year. They could not change the due date for whatever reasons and they harassed me via multiple phone calls and email messages although the payments were not delinquent. I paid off the loan and they said they made a mistake and canceled the payoff payment, but from my bank record, the payment was pending. Then, they wanted me to schedule another payoff payment to correct the problem. On top of that, the customer service was condescending on the phone calls. They would call you by your first name without salutation and use phrases like "you claim" "I don't trust what you are saying" and "whatever". When they called, they would disguise their phone number with a familiar area code.

Good experience, convincing sales rep, but watch out for very high origination fee
A good experince, but I feel a little bit taken advantage of because of the really high loan origination fee that they quickly mentioned and then moved passed. They skipped over the bad and were selling me as them being the bessed. Seemed to embellish a bit. I would recommend finding a loan with no origination fee.
