Fast approval but lack of support

I got approved in a couple days and received most of my money very fast. Very easy application to start and it seemed to move forward so smoothly, until an issue arrived. 3 of my 4 creditors received money to pay down balances, but the 4th got rejected. Nobody contacted me and I paid off my loan in 10 days to avoid extra interest. So I paid the $600 of fees and interest and my entire loan. $2983 that got rejected from my credit card was applied back to my principle balance that was already at $0. So I had a credit of $2983 and I had to jump through hoops to get most of that money back! I would get different stories from different employees about what was going on on different days. The loan was basically $2983 less than what was agreed since the rejected payment is applied towards my principle, but the fees still stay the same as if the Loan was $2983 more (about $100 higher fee). After chasing my money for about 2 weeks, I noticed I get $2890 refunded to my account instead of the $2983, and I was also charged interest for Lending Club owing me money! At this point I will just move on and take the loss, but I will never apply for another loan again. Very quick to take money, but very difficult to get money back. It was an investment that convinced me to be careful who you borrow from.

So so

It was pretty easy to get started. I was able to get what money was left after paying off some bills. One of them bills was paid in full really quickly, the other bill hasn't been paid yet. I'm having a hard time with the website to see where that payment went or if it's even been sent. The website isn't very user friendly I think.

Been having problems since the whole Covid thing blew up

Got behind on payments called in to get a solution. Was given one which was to pay the interest for three months and then resume regular payments. Since the original payments was deducted from my checking account I assumed that's what was going to happen. It didn't I was supposed to mail them in. So the account hasn't been right since then. Credit score has been impacted and we are not still on the same page. Relationship has not been good. Had no problem prior to this all payments on time. Can't seem to get it right.
