Excellent
Experience was perfect.
LendingTree Customer:
Poor communication
If I hadn't already gotten so far in the process I probably would've cancelled my loan, but i didn't want another inquiry on my credit report. It took over 3 weeks to get the funding. There was a hold up but no one called to tell me so I could help facilitate it along. I had to call almost daily to ask the status. Then once the loan was funded my payment date got all messed up. Basically, it seems like they need to work on their communication with their clients through the process.
