It was painless and efficient
The whole experience was painless and efficient. The only recommendation I have is in the document submittal process on the web site. The web site asks for certain documents and in order to comply it ends up being for me 9 separate pages since my scanner doesn't have a working auto feed to scan multiple pages at once. The Web page only accepts 5 pages. Luckily you have an excellent follow up person in Clay Willis, who reviewed my package and saw that I didn't have all the documents and provided an email link so I could send the rest of documents. Clay followed up with me following my submittal of the last of the documents and informed me when the loan was approved. Clay provided excellent customer service throughout. It's unfortunate that other companies don't have the same level of service.
