Worst customer service ever.
My husband had an accident, and we explain the situation to the Lending point agent who apparently was willing to help, but instead, they just make him pay a charge off the account as if was a regular account and started reporting negative on his credit every month although he was paying every moment and also paid the past due. Take this advice if your account is a charge off don't make an arrangement with the company, instead, let them sell it to the outside sources because they will never take your account out the charge off status even though you make payments, they will post negative every month on your credit report. Settle your payments with the outside company, never go back with lending point your will regret it as I do!

go some where else, listen to Dave Ramsey, pray
run from here, go to a local credit union, this online stuff will do you wrong, see a real person an talk to them about what you are trying to do and don't make the same mistakes that i made . worked hard to get out and consolidate, received an email saying I could be refied for less, applied and lost 9 points after working my butt off to get out slowly. RUN, DON'T do it

This was a BAD experience.
The employees at Lending Point are NOT very professional and give out wrong information causing you to pay interest on a loan that was suppose to be interest free. I will never do business with this company again.
