Horrible service look elsewhere
Very difficult to work with! I would not recommend anyone to send business their way. Found them very unprofessional and condescending from the start. I asked for a underwriter a few times and they were always "unavailable" when I finally got an "underwriter" on the phone and asked questions he said that was for the credit team. Stumbled around with his words most likely I was transferred to another colleague and not an actual underwriter like requested. Then the same guy was not very forward with his name. Being in the finance business myself I will not be sending them work related business in the future and will start with other trusted lenders from the start.

My FICO score 750, I refinanced my car which was at 3.90% and got a 2.24% through LightStream. Money was deposited next day without delay, everything was so easy and self explanatory, I didn't need to talk to anyone so I didn't test their customer service over the phone, but communication through e-mail was there and was great. Saving over $500 in the next 3 years thanks to this.
