Spoke with very nice people. Was able to login once and then after that and changing my password multiple times as directed locked out of website. I called help number and they sent ticket to IT to help me since I'm still locked out and no one has called.

Excellent Rates, No Bulky Paperwork and Quick Funding
I highly recommend Marcus, they have excellent rates and the entire process was completed with in 5 days without a bunch of bulky paperwork. I am totally impressed with their process and will definitely use them again if needed and as previous stated, I highly recommend Marcus as your first option.

Little trying but overall great experience
So the pay your credit card directly and lower your rate was a misleading since they don't have all bank cards (mine was Navy Federal so not a small bank) they pay. I had to over pay another card and transfer the balance which cost me a little in fees. That's the only reason they aren't 5 stars because the rest of the process and working through that little hiccup with a phone representative was easy and friendly experience.
