It was a fantastic experience but required patience
The entire process was a little frustrating, but it worked out very well. I would receive an e-mail that asked me to call, so I did. The message said everyone was busy and that I could go online and chat with a representative. The chat only said everyone was busy, and that I should call. Several automated e-mails later, I finally received a call from someone, and everything was taken care of. Great interest rate!

Simple process
Process was easy but took a long time (only reason for 4 stars vs 5) and ended up having to pay the minimums on cards it was going to payoff and now I'm waiting for reimbursements because I couldnt update. The approval process was easy though and once approvals were finalized everything moved quickly.
