Fast and painless process, great customer service!
5 STARS all the way across the board...... SoFi is the absolute BEST!!! You will be very pleased with SoFi, from start to finish. Their customer service is excellent. I started out researching some rates to consolidate some high credit card debt, between five high interest major credit cards.
I applied online very late on a Saturday night, and I authorized SoFi to run my credit with a hard inquiry to proceed with my application, within just a day or two.
SoFi approved me for my $45k loan request and had my loan funded within 2 weeks of finalizing my online application. That is remarkable. If I had applied with my major bank (which I have excellent long time banking and credit history with), I would probably still be waiting through the red tape, with a much higher interest rate.
From applying online, submitting my pay stub, employment verification and birth certificate, I was approved and funded in less than 2 weeks, with an interest rate of nearly 1/2 of what I have been paying on my credit cards. I am saving about $900 per month, with my SoFi personal loan. (And my monthly loan payment is less than that).... Well worth it, and ultimately I will be the one to benefit, with another positive trade account, while maintaining zero balances on my credit cards at 18+% interest rates!

SOFI earned a thumbs down
Received two offers from SOFI per Lending Tree. Unfortunately we assumed SOFI had reviewed our credit history first.
We submitted SOFI's application and was declined almost immediately due to our credit history. Hmmmm...
Very inept and unprofessional business practices. We would not recommend SOFI.

Great company and great products!
The speed at which my loan was processed was amazing. I had to just upload documents, speak to a customer service representative, and then the money was deposited into my account. There were no closing costs or hassles by the company. I would highly recommend SoFi to family and friends. If I ever need to look at a loan again in the future, SoFi will be my first stop.

SoFi is the best you will find
SoFi came through with quick processing and a competitive rate. Best service and easiest time you will have with any lender. They clearly look at a whole picture of someone and not just recent numbers or trends. After all was done, they also make you feel welcomed and that it is not just about a one-time exchange. Amazing organization in terms of service
When I received your promotional offer, I was very skeptical. I researched about you folks and then even while applying I thought it some sort of a scam. I even chatted with your online support folks to confirm if I should give my bank credentials. I was so surprised to see my loan approved so fast. I thought it will take several days, several documents back and forth and the amount requested might not be given. Holy cow, I was just, I don't know how to express it, completely flabbergasted.
