I have over an 800 credit score and almost no debt, maybe 5% debt ratio and make well over 6 figures. Yet 2 weeks after my application was completed I finally had to call these folks and their response was they needed more info, Seriously? I went to another lender and had the money in 3 days. Don't get jerked around and get your credit score hit with these guys inquiries. Do yourself a favor and go else where.
