You are not just a credit score to SoFi
I'd applied for other personal loans to try and consolidate my credit. Because of going through grad school and getting a house and some other things my credit card debt had really piled up and it was a huge drag on me and my wife. But other lenders seemed to only look at my credit score. I had debt, but had never missed a payment, but credit score was not all that great cause of how much credit card debt I had. As a result, I either got rejected, or got loan offers with interest rates even higher than my credit cards.
Enter SoFi. I was skeptical at first, but I really liked the reviews I saw and it seemed they did things differently. Looked at the whole story for a person rather than just a simple score. So I applied. A week later, I was funded and was saving almost $800 a month from consolidating my credit. Unreal.
I tell you, it's depressing when you want to honor your obligations, but are a bit under water and no one wants to give you a chance. I certainly didn't want to do debt consolidation. Not only because of how it would affect my credit, but also because I feel you should honor your obligations. SoFi helped me out and it has relieved a lot of stress. We are paying off our debt quicker and are finally able to save some money each month.
I can't recommend them enough.

Great Expereince
The process took about 2 week from application to funding. I have a good credit score. They are a little tight on debt to income ratios, but for an unsecured loan that is not terribly surprising. I did everything online, had someone call me once to go over the loan once I was accepted. The loan is simple interest as well which was a very nice surprise. Would recommend.

Excellent program!
I never heard of SoFi, so I thoroughly reviewed loan programs before applying. I was pleased with the reviews and decided to go for it and haven't regretted the decision. The process was simple and straightforward, and the decision to funding was incredibly quick. This loan allowed me to consolidate numerous lines of credit which were seriously inhibiting our ability to budget properly. Very, very pleased overall with SoFi.

Relief for a SI Mom
I have had nothing but a positive experience with SoFi. I received a letter in the mail and finally decided to consolidate my credit card debt to have one payment. I was pleasantly surprised as to how quick the initial on-line offering was however the overall Underwriting process took a little longer than anticipated but I did appreciate the thoroughness in verifying my information. I was offered a very reasonable rate in comparison to what my average interest rate was on my credit cards and my payment to SoFi is practically the same I was paying with the difference I will be debt free in 3 years instead of 30. What a relief and burden taken off of me. I have three sons who will be going to college over the next several years so I am hopeful to continue my relationship with SoFi to help them with their education. I strongly recommend anyone to contact SoFi for their financing needs.

SoFi is the absolute best place to get a loan whether it be a personal loan, student loan or a home mortgage!!
Took literally 2 minutes to apply without affecting your credit and once I got pre approved my loan was funded in 2 days!!!
Money was in my bank within 2 business days!!! Unbelievable customer service as I highly recommend this to everyone who is tired of all the nonsense and red tape when it comes to getting a loan!!!
I can't wait to refinance thru SoFi, just waiting for them to be licensed in NY State!!

Easy application process. Everything is done online. They had more loan options than several other sites (ie 7 year payback option). Entire process took less than 7 business days, from application to funding. $60,000 personal loan 7 year term.

SoFi is the answer to my personal loan needs!
I am very pleased with my experience securing a personal loan with SoFi! I love that all documents were able to uploaded via my smartphone. I also appreciate that SoFi seems to consider education and professional work experience when making approval decisions. This is the first time I have ever been asked about my level of education in a loan application process. I am excited that I was approved for the amount I requested, and will now be able to consolidate all of my revolving debt. This will save me hundreds of dollars a month, and I will have it paid off in five years!
